As the UK gets ready to leave the EU, the government launches ‘Get ready for Brexit’ campaign to help guide the public on the transition.
As part of the campaign, a new webpage has been added to the Gov.uk site titled ‘Get ready for Brexit: check what you need to do’. The website page contains a checker that asks basic information in order to better issue guidance that fits your specific needs.
Information in the campaign advises businesses on how to get an “Economic Operator Registration and Identification” number for exporting to the EU after the break from Brussels.
Additionally, companies can get advice on how to obtain the correct documents and information on how to transport goods at the border and apply for support including cash grants from the Government.
